Summary/Objective
The Material Handler is responsible for movement of materials in the loading, shipping and manufacturing areas of the plant.
Essential Functions
Safely operates a lift truck including daily inspection and reporting of lift truck issues.
Unloads all inbound freight and moves to proper storage area after approved. Includes bulk and stock room.
Participates in the receiving process. Counting, verifying pack slips, entering data into X3.
Supplies and moves materials required by the various manufacturing operations between operations (raw materials, formed parts, work in process and storage).
Prepares LTL shipments per pick list. Packages material properly to protect from damage and lost product.
Assist in manual loading of knockdown trucks and unit shipments.
Responds to demand lights as required to minimize equipment downtime.
Notifies supervisor of quality issues or damaged product, both internally and from shippers.
Manually move materials as required assisting various employees.
Must maintain pull cards following instructions.
Maintains a clean lift truck.
Move all finished units to proper locations.

All lift truck driving requirements must be followed including speed control, blowing of horns, and using care around pedestrians. There is occasional outdoor exposure to store and retrieve product. Gloves are used to protect hands from various sharp edges on plastic. This role requires the occasional use of box knives, banding devices and brooms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What You'll Do as a Regional Warehouse Operations Lead:
The Regional Warehouse Operations Lead is a key member of the Supply Chain team responsible for ensuring operational excellence and continuity across Tech Electronics' regional warehouse network. This role provides hands-on leadership to maintain uninterrupted warehouse and inventory functions across multiple sites, particularly during planned or unplanned staff absences, and serves as the primary trainer for new warehouse personnel.

The position carries direct accountability for transactional accuracy-including system entries, adjustments, reconciliations, and related documentation-and plays a key role in standardizing best practices across locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provide on-site warehouse coverage at any Tech Electronics location during employee vacation, leave of absence, or attrition.
* Execute day-to-day material handling operations including shipping, receiving, staging, cycle counting, and system entry using company ERP tools.
* Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely, following established ERP/WMS protocols.
* Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and resolve variances between physical and system records.
* Manage all material movement transactions, including inter-location transfers and third-party shipments.
* Deliver excellent service to technicians, project teams, and external customers including over-the-counter and will-call transactions.
* Serve as the primary trainer for new warehouse hires, ensuring onboarding, procedural alignment, and system proficiency.
* Evaluate and optimize warehouse workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
* Enforce and promote safety policies and warehouse compliance standards at all times.
* Assist with warehouse audits, compliance checks, and other projects as assigned.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
* Provide additional support at the St. Louis warehouse or other locations during peak volume or transition periods.
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent processes across locations.
* Support audit readiness and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis of inventory variances.
* Participate in cross-functional meetings, training sessions, and workgroups.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including 3+ years using ERP systems and digital inventory platforms.
* Proven experience in training or mentoring team members.
* Experience in multi-site warehouse environments preferred.
* Experience in transactional reconciliation and inventory variance resolution strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
* Advanced knowledge of material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control processes.

The position carries direct accountability for transactional accuracy-including system entries, adjustments, reconciliations, and related documentation-and plays a key role in standardizing best practices across locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Provide on-site warehouse coverage at any Tech Electronics location during employee vacation, leave of absence, or attrition.
· Execute day-to-day material handling operations including shipping, receiving, staging, cycle counting, and system entry using company ERP tools.
· Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely, following established ERP/WMS protocols.
· Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and resolve variances between physical and system records.
· Manage all material movement transactions, including inter-location transfers and third-party shipments.
· Deliver excellent service to technicians, project teams, and external customers including over-the-counter and will-call transactions.
· Serve as the primary trainer for new warehouse hires, ensuring onboarding, procedural alignment, and system proficiency.
· Evaluate and optimize warehouse workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
· Enforce and promote safety policies and warehouse compliance standards at all times.
· Assist with warehouse audits, compliance checks, and other projects as assigned.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
· Provide additional support at the St. Louis warehouse or other locations during peak volume or transition periods.
· Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent processes across locations.
· Support audit readiness and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis of inventory variances.
· Participate in cross-functional meetings, training sessions, and workgroups.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including 3+ years using ERP systems and digital inventory platforms.
· Proven experience in training or mentoring team members.
· Experience in multi-site warehouse environments preferred.
· Experience in transactional reconciliation and inventory variance resolution strongly preferred.

Reeb, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team to help supervisor during the shift and help coordinate the activities of warehouse co-workers to ensure smooth production and distribution of product in the department. Also, fill in for supervisor in the event of the supervisor being absent.
In this role you will focus on:

* WMS Reports
* Training of New Employees
* Load and Unload Pallets for Receiving/Shipping
* Reading and Interpreting Tickets
* Auditing Docks and warehouse aisles
Qualifications:
* Two or more years of experience in a warehouse environment with experience on multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT).
