Responsibilities
* Conducts employee onboarding
* Provides consultation on human resource management issues to include: staffing; employee relations; sexual harassment; performance management; dispute resolution; compliance and integrity; policy administration; and disseminating and providing guidance on company policies and procedures in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
* Investigates employee relation issues; identifies issues, facts, policy violations, and other culture/values that impact the workplace; and recommends solutions and how to obtain resolution.

* Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and writes executive overview. Manages employee engagement survey, summarizes findings, and facilitates follow-up and action items meetings. May perform work force analysis and recommendations on a variety of HR issues.
* Administers Leave of Absences in accordance with current regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Advises management on appropriate business solutions to salary expenditures and various compensation issues.
* Conducts employee and management training on a variety of Human Resources topics. May develop training materials.
Qualifications
* BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
* Minimum 3 years of HR experience required.
* PHR or SPHR preferred.
* Thorough knowledge of HR federal and state laws required.

* Follows the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting, and maintaining records of patient results. * Follows the laboratory's policies whenever test systems are not within the laboratory*s established acceptable levels of performance. Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either corrects the problem or notifies supervisor. Documents all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory*s established performance specifications.
* Maintains proper documentation as described by the quality assurance program including accessioning logs, test report logs, quality control logs, equipment records and checklists. Verifies all critical results and documents with accurate follow-up.
* Maintains adequate inventory of supplies and ensures that all supplies are viable before using in patient testing. Prepares reagents, stains and other chemical solutions as needed. Restocks the laboratory area as needed.
* Processes in-house and in-coming results for charting.
* Charts patient results in a timely manner as needed.
* Properly identify and band patients for blood product transfusion. Processes properly labeled specimens according to local blood bank policy.
* Assists with performing phlebotomy and collecting appropriate specimens from patients as ordered. Assures pre-authorization and completes appropriate consent forms (ABN) prior to collection of limited coverage tests.
* Adheres to all OSHA compliance laws and Universal Precaution procedures.
* Complies with applicable regulatory agency standards.
* Maintains confidentially of all information related to patients and medical staff.

* Associates degree in medical technology or laboratory science required for MLT's.
* Bachelor's degree in medical technology or laboratory science required for MT's (MLS).

Responsibilities
* inpatient setting
* Initiate and document appropriate interventions
* Evaluate and record patient and family response within practice protocol
* Prescribes drug therapies per protocol/physician consultation
* Assess patient and family needs and provides education
* Promotes/provides staff education
* Serve as a liaison between inpatient, skilled nursing, and home setting
* Incorporates evidence-based research into clinical practice
Qualifications
* Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program for nursing education and successful completion of an Nurse Practitioner program or successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Two years of post Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant hematology/oncology experience is preferred
* Acute Care Nurse Practitioner experience is required
* Experience and knowledge in the management of the physiological and psychological effects of cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment
* RN State License and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state, along with current state certification of Nurse Practitioner or current state license as a Physician Assistant
* Current CPR certification required
* Must be willing to travel to the various practice locations
