I enjoy how physical it is. I like that I get to spend most of my day outside.
I don't enjoy the customers that let their dogs out at you, but you're going to find that with most outside jobs.
I enjoy being able to go to our union functions.
I enjoy my job and helping people.
There is really nothing I can dislike. I just don’t get a lot of hours and need extra job for extra income
Good pay
I liked the employees, customers, and the fact that I didn't need to work out all of the time. My job supplied a plenty of that. Pay was good.
There were some supervisors that got away with harrassment. When, I finally got a route I could retire on, it was taken apart and made into a brut al walking route.
Payed vacation.
Love working the mail through automated machines...hand sorting letters and packages was interesting.
Management has no knowledge of treating highly skilled employees with respect, or acknowledgement. Nepotism infiltrated
Sense of purpose, passion.
The hours. Work/life balance is non-existent. Repetitive work
Don't have one
Co workers
Seniority rule. Rather than basing raises of work ethic, becoming a full time employee requires waiting until it's your turn. People nowadays are working longer and not retiring after they turn 65. In turn, there are many young people willing to work settling for any job that they can get.

The pay and the hours
Long hours at Christmas
Good Health Benefits and working with great people.
There are many opportunities to burn calories.
Conflicting priorities are the continuous core message. "Don't sacrifice safety for speed, but you're not fast enough so we're losing."
None.
The employees
The way management treats employees
Work early in the morning and go home before noon
Meeting new people. Being responsible for making deliveries, and working with others.
The long days.
Getting to be outside.
Pay, benefits, watching the custodians do nothing all day and make 50k. Sleep on the job, sit around, boss sleeps on job, etc. Bad attitudes from most. Nobody gives a crap and it's a joke. Folks do what they want when they want and it's not ran like a business but most are raping them of pay and benefits they do really work for.
Everything else.sucks. Thirty three years at this place. Boss sells and grows pot on this property and comes to work to sleep at night. No supervision and everyone knows but turns the cheek because most are milking them everyday for little or no work in return for good pay.
Matching funds
Future benefits like pension, step increases, ability to go into management
Management constantly changes, lack of resources to do job, inconsistent instructions
TSP, pension, the health benefits, most of the employees are nice
