Sports and entertainment industry leader with a broad combination of experiences (1) leading National Governing Bodies, two of the top markets for the world’s leading live entertainment company and a diverse and successful sports and entertainment organization with multiple sports teams and entertainment venues, (2) in positions of significant responsibility for teams in the National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League and the National Football League, (3) in every business discipline necessary to operate a professional sports and entertainment organization and (4) working closely with team operations in multiple leagues (negotiating player transactions, managing player payroll, managing collective bargaining obligations and integrating team and business operations).

Eric Baittinger is a Chief Measurer at US Sailing.

Heather Monoson is the Chief Financial Officer of US Sailing. She brings over 20 Years of finance leadership experience to the role. She has broad experience in corporate and operational finance, and a proven track record of strong financial performance execution. Monoson has held senior positions at General Electric, and more recently with Rexel, Inc. where she was the Division Finance Director for a $200MM district.

Monoson is responsible for developing the organization’s overall financial plans and policies. She will play a leading role in managing and enhancing the organization’s reporting capacity, cash management, profitability, as well as relationships with banking institutions.

She will support the Senior Executive Team to meet financial goals and drive accountability through well-defined metrics and oversee risk management, execute investment opportunities, and manage Human Resources.

Jill Nosach is a Chief Development Officer at US Sailing and is based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. She has worked as Employment Counselor at Snelling & Snelling; Senior Director of Development at Plan International USA; and Vice President, Philanthropy at Plan International USA. Jill studied at Bryant University.

Peter Glass is a Founder at Boot Up Marketing and Production and Chief Marketing Officer at US Sailing and is based in Bristol, Rhode Island. He has worked as Management Director at Grey Group; Vice President, Business Development/ Marketing/ Production at Echo Entertainment Inc; and Director, Marketing & Multi-Channel Content Production at U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Peter studied at Hartwick College and Horace Greeley High School.
