Who We Are Looking For: We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resources & Operations to join our team full-time. This person will report to the President to ensure AOT is operationally sound from a human resources and operations perspective. This role is for someone who enjoys human resources, compliance, operations, and strengthening processes for a growing organization.
