Who We Are Looking For: We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resources & Operations to join our team full-time. This person will report to the President to ensure AOT is operationally sound from a human resources and operations perspective. This role is for someone who enjoys human resources, compliance, operations, and strengthening processes for a growing organization.
Human Resources Management (40% of time):
Lead all aspects of people, culture, and talent management, including screening & hiring, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, professional development, and offboarding
Manage and ensure the on-boarding of employees and contractors onto payment systems
Manage and ensure timely processing of payments/reimbursements to contractors and staff by managing one Part-time Operations Managers
Compliance and Policy (30% of time):
Ensure compliance with government regulations (employment, charitable registrations, and more)
Oversee insurance portfolio and needs including workers compensation, director's insurance, etc.
Help enhance internal controls to ensure efficiencies of human resources and operations
Infrastructure & Supplies (15% of time):
Manage the ordering and delivery of hardware and software for staff and contractors throughout the year
Manage organizational licenses with vendors and suppliers by managing one Part-time Operations Managers
Operations (15% of time):
Collaborate with Leadership team to assist on projects/deliverables where needed
Qualifications:
Experience in the Education or Nonprofit sector
Experience with Gusto, TriNet, Quickbooks, Bill.com, Google suites, and Salesforce
SHRM or other HR recognized certifications

We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to help manage our high school technology programs in the Southeast Region, with a focus on Miami and Atlanta. Your day-to-day will include working directly with our students, families, corporate partners and volunteers to ensure their success in our programs. Program Management, Operations & Logistics:
Setup/maintain all virtual and in-person classroom learning environments - including Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Calendar, and coding platforms
Act as point of contact for assigned program cohorts to coordinate with instructors, peer mentors, students, and volunteers
Manage communication/reminders for all students, volunteers, and peer mentors regarding class sessions/announcements
Manage the peer mentors in respective cohorts to ensure their understanding of their responsibilities
Partner with the Program Director to plan and run in-person program sessions, Demo Day competitions and other program special events, managing all logistics from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly and participants have a great experience
Support alumni relationships and programming initiatives by working closely with the Alumni Team
Student Culture, Learning & Outcomes Management:
Develop a strong classroom culture for students and instructors to ensure group and classroom bonding
Evaluate student progress with program team through weekly check-ins and progress reports
Develop action plans with students to support their learning and content retention throughout the program
Program Data Collection & Evaluation:
Help Program Director evaluate/report on program outcomes by administering surveys to students, instructors, and families
Track and collect student information, including program attendance and engagement
Track and retain collection of each student project and artifacts from programs
Support the evaluation of policies and practices to ensure program goals are achieved
General and Cross-Functional Support:
Support other organization or program-related projects as needed to meet organizational objectives

Summary
Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Responsible for resource management within the TPD Software Engineering team, including training and career development

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of experience working on DoD programs, preferably in Military Simulation & Training
Sufficient understanding of business concepts to effectively manage budget and schedule performance
Understanding of simulation hardware and software architecture, components, and technology
Experience with Systems Engineering, Hardware / Software Integration and product testing
Eligible for a US DoD Security Clearance

Summary
A computer systems engineer in the Computer Systems and Cyber Security group is responsible for the integration and maintenance of core hardware and software infrastructure and services used by training devices. Core responsibilities will include the development of installation and secure configuration procedures for hypervisors (e.g. Hyper-V, VMware, etc.), operating systems (Linux and Windows), frameworks (such as .NET), network switches, and KVMs, as well as COTS and custom developed applications. Other responsibilities will include development and integration of standardized embedded solutions using various interfacing protocols.
