Don’t know much about the CEO as I am just a material handler The management in my building is pretty good

How does your compensation at U.S. Venture compare to the industry average?

Industry average, it’s low but the industry itself steals from the working class and we don’t get paid nearly enough for what we do (industry wide)

What's the diversity at U.S. Venture like?

That is definitely excellent! We have a super diverse mix in our building and I love it

What brings you the most joy at U.S. Venture?

My coworkers, all of them, from my peers in the warehouse to upper management that visits the building.
