A Day in the Life:
Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long-distance.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork.
Manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are safely secured.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately.
The Must-Haves:
Valid Class A CDL.

The purpose of this role is to ensure inventory accuracy at the bin level. This leader will be the protector of our biggest asset, inventory. The role will require frequent communication with other departments as well as high-level communication intra-departmentally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Control Supervisor will hold a crucial role in Shinesty's inventory management. This role will lead, manage, and be held accountable for Shinesty physical inventory control. Below are the essential functions and priorities of this role. This list is intended to be comprehensive but not exhaustive:
Effectively manage inventory ensuring accuracy through cycle counts, frequent inventory projects, and product restock
Manage day-to-day operations of inventory control
Root-cause analysis when problems are identified
Proactive communication with operations and accounting teams, escalate priority issues in timely manner
Loss Prevention
Responsible for timely and complete processing of all transactions to ensure accuracy (e.g. transfer orders, adjustments, counts, replenishments)
Responsible for the management of multiple virtual warehouses, including damaged inventory, custom inventory, and FBA inventory
Training and SOP development for the department
Inventory replenishment includes:
Daily restock
Maintain aisle/pick bin organization and cleanliness
Reporting requirements to hit or exceed budget expectations
Inventory counts include:
Daily bin-level counting
Annual or bi-annual counts
Reconciliation
Reporting requirements to hit or exceed budget expectations
Assist with regular equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of Shinesty and standards established by OSHA.
Assist with purchase order receiving, wholesale orders, or fulfillment duties as required by the business needs.

Requirements
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel
Strong attention to detail
The ability to efficiently navigate through an app-based handheld (similar to a cell phone)
Ability to work in both independent and team settings

Stellar intra and inter-departmental communication skills.
Education and Experience:
You must have a college degree or Minimum 5+ years inventory experience.
You must have 2+ years of expereince in a leadership role.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has the responsibility of supervising inventory associates ensuring timely and accurate restock and inventory reconciliation.
Work Environment:
The job requires an individual to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and desks. As well as standard warehouse equipment such as tablets, scanners, hand dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
