**Respiratory Sales Sr. Specialist** The Respiratory Sales Senior Specialist (RSSS) plays a vital role in bridging the gap between medical products and the healthcare professionals who use them to treat patients. In this role you will develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of specialty health care customers including pulmonologists and other approved specialty physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and office managers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies, standards, and ethics. Promote respiratory product and educate HCPs on the appropriate use of our product within an assigned territory while compliantly utilizing approved promotional resources.
+ Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact.
+ Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and business professionals to align customer needs with company products according to product labelling.
+ Demonstrate expertise in Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models (e.g., Specialty Pharmacy/HUBs).
+ Maintain accurate records of Health Care Providers (HCP) interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and utilize data for territory planning.
+ Develop and maintain expertise to provide customers with key insights and tailored customer interactions using Company approved learning and development materials.
+ Be knowledgeable on headquarter approved information regarding approved company products, disease, and marketplace
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or equivalent sales experience.
+ Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs.
+ Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
+ Ability to travel up to 75%; must reside in the assigned territory.
+ Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Pulmonology experience is a plus; experience with specialty HCPs in any therapeutic area is desired.

Our company's Animal Health is a leading animal health company with an exceptionally strong brand and reputation among beef and dairy producers, veterinarians, and nutritionists. The Senior Territory Representative is a key member of the field sales team and plays a critical role in supporting our company's customer centric business model. This position is responsible for working in a geographic-based environment to understand and identify customer needs, by selling our company's Animal Health products, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our company's Animal Health is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus of the Science of Healthier Animals.
The primary responsibility is to help accelerate the growth of our cattle portfolio of products by calling on territory-based customers in the area to leverage the entire portfolio. Coordination with the Regional Sales Manager on opportunities, and with other colleagues will be a focus with this role. In addition, assigned and regional distribution account management is a key responsibility while supporting customer pull-through activities within the assigned geographic based sales region.
The Senior Territory Representative reports to the assigned Regional Sales Manager.
**Essential Accountabilities:**
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
+ Represent our company's Animal Health within a geographical base made up of different segments of the beef complex.
+ Promote the use of Sense Hub as a value add and expertise of our company's Animal Health.
+ Work with our company's Animal Health team members, territory managers, our company's Animal Health and regional management, and distribution to plan and implement the sales planning process.
+ Identify segment customers that have the potential to be a fit for Sense Hub monitoring in an identified territory base. Enlist support from our company's Animal Health resources to execute tactics.
+ Plan interactions internally and externally within customer base that transfer knowledge to the customer and share best practices and utilize relationships up and down the supply chain.
+ Work closely with our company's Animal Health Technical Service and Customer Success teams to create customized value propositions and identify opportunities to best increase sales with each account.
+ Communicate and collaborate with the Strategic Accounts Team to learn and share best business practices.
+ Create account specific business plans
+ Analyze sales results monthly and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
+ Develop current understanding of our company's Animal Health products, industry trends and competitor landscape, business model, key influencers/ network structure and make information available to relevant stakeholders to influence sales trends.
+ Develop and master current understanding of all current our company's Animal Health products, offerings, industry trends and competitor landscape, to better collaborate internally and externally and communicate to relevant stakeholders that influence sales trends.
**Scope and Context:**
This position is an individual contributor sales role aligned with a specific region. The role has high expectations of planning, executing, teamwork and coaching.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Background & Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree required (Agriculture related discipline preferred).

The salary range for this role is
$96,200.00 - $151,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

The Cardiovascular-Renal Sales Consultant will conduct their business with key targeted healthcare providers (Cardiology specialists/Nephrology specialists/Advanced Practice Clinicians and Allied Healthcare Professionals). The consultant will have additional responsibilities for sales activities in teaching and community hospitals, federal and military hospitals, heart failure clinics, managed health care facilities, and integrated delivery networks, etc. utilizing in-person and/or digital/virtual platforms. The CR consultant is also responsible for generating advocacy for BI products with Key Decision Makers in the hospital accounts they are responsible for. Duties & Responsibilities
Executes brand strategies to ensure that company sales and marketing messages are delivered appropriately to customers.
Leverages knowledge of cardiology, nephrology, diabetes, and the marketplace to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges.
Demonstrates knowledge of the disease state, key drivers, influencers, and prescribing patterns in territory.
Establishes and maintains effective communication/cooperation/coordination with co-promotion partners and BIPI employees.
Works effectively with all customer-facing roles (i.e.. account teams, medical teams, etc.) in each geography to meet customer needs and deliver net sales objectives.
Demonstrates knowledge of BIPI cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) products and related marketplace, effective translation of product knowledge into the sales presentation and is customer focused with a priority directed towards providing solutions-based customer interactions.
Delivers high level of clinical and technical value to his/her customers, assisting the health care customer in meeting their unique patient care needs, all within BI regulatory guidelines.
As a trusted CR Consultant, encourages and receives requests from customers for technical information outside of standard visits.
Through all these endeavors, develops trust and subsequent value with customers.
Drives appropriate utilization of approved Cardiovascular-Renal products.
Uses appropriate BIPI Sales Training techniques to facilitate the customer decision making process.
CR Consultant works closely with other commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers, hospitals, community Health Care Providers.
Fosters cardio-renal customer network development and communication.
Coordinates the engagement of healthcare providers through a range of personal and non-personal channels, according to customer preferences.
The CR consultant must demonstrate the ability to engage with customers through a variety of digital media and platforms (live, remote video conference, marketing email etc.) and integrate digital assets and strategies into broader territory-level business plans.
Delivers on "continuation of care" model, including discharge protocol, treatment algorithms, disease management, etc. Supports the efforts in various care settings to include appropriate pull through of protocols, pathways, order sets, formularies, treatment algorithms, transition of care, and population health management initiatives to assist with the delivery of optimal care.

Cardiovascular-Renal Sales Consultant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least three (3) years of experience in pharmaceutical sales of which one-plus (1+) years of experience in the promotion of cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or nephrology pharmaceuticals.
Hospital and/or Account Management experience preferred.
History of successful performance.
Meets expectations for the key competencies required for this role.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
Ability to travel (may include overnight travel).
Should reside in territory geography or be willing to relocate.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
Executive Cardiovascular-Renal Sales Consultant I Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least five (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical sales of which two-plus (2+) years of experience in the promotion of cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or nephrology pharmaceuticals.
At least one-plus (1+) Hospital and/or Account Management experience required.
History of successful performance.
Meets expectations for the key competencies required for this role.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
Ability to travel (may include overnight travel).
Should reside in territory geography or be willing to relocate.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

You will actively market our plan to new senior care partners within a plan service area. Regional Travel is required.

Responsibilities
* Working with senior care partners to assist with enrolling new resident members and discussing plan benefits with senior care partners, potential plan members and their families.
* Responsible for educating members on the plan and providing high quality customer service, providing professional, accurate and timely response to all inquiries regarding eligibility, plan coverage, coordination of benefits and claim payment solutions.
* Assisting with resolution to Member and Provider issues. Refer all unresolved issues to the next level including grievance and appeals.

Qualifications
