Great relationships with coworkers and customers, special events, comfortable uniform
Inconsistency, over ordering product or not ordering enough, general manager gets too personal
There are no benefits.
The CEO of the company is a very strong leader. Most of the corporate team are very strong in communication and moves towards goals quickly. The CEO and leadership team work very hard to improve our facilities.
Given we have many rinks throughout the company, the corporate team works very hard to improve our company's culture. As for my specific rink, I believe our best improvement would be to have clearer communication and more opportunity to move up within the company.
I was only 16, so I didn't do much except show up in clean clothes and a smile.
I believe we're lower compared to the industry average. We have no managers that make above $20 an hour, whereas I've seen many other places offer more for part time work.
We are extremely diverse and always have been, and I notice this throughout the entire company. There is strong representation for all demographics within our team.
I love the people I've met through work, customers, employees and coworkers. We have a lot of great people working for us, and they make the job enjoyable.
