The Opportunity:
As a Visual Designer at VeSync, you will create and optimize digital experiences and marketing assets that engage users and drive results. You will design websites, landing pages, mobile apps, emails, and digital ads, ensuring all creative aligns with brand standards and delivers strong performance. This role requires solid design fundamentals, attention to detail, and an understanding of how design impacts userexperience and conversion.What you will do at VeSync:
Design and optimize websites, landing pages, mobile experiences, emails, and digital ads for both aesthetics and performance.
Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, typography, and layout standards for brand consistency.
Create responsive, high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using Figma to communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce creative assets that support campaign objectives.
Create assets for A/B testing and review performance data to refine designs for higher engagement and conversion.
Ensure all designs are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals.
Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and digital marketing strategies to deliver innovative solutions.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.
Experiencedesigning web, mobile, and marketing assets with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Motion graphics experience a plus (After Effects).
Experience with responsive design and landing page optimization.
Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI, and conversion-focused design.
Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing for creative performance.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
