SBM is looking to hire a Senior Designer! The Senior Designer is a creative and strategic position that will help evaluate company storytelling through exceptional design. The role is responsible for crafting experiences, narratives, and meaningful connections across all channels. The Senior Designer will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop cohesive brand communications, ensuring consistency while bringing innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute creative concepts that elevate brand storytelling across digital, web, and print platforms.
* Translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand communication.
* Design for various touchpoints-sometimes digital product interfaces, other times web-based narratives or social media content.
* Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative ways to enhance our visual identity.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related field.
* Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design platforms. Experience in digital product design and web-based storytelling is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Passion for creating designs that not only look good but also tell a meaningful story.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
