- Designing systems ranging from basic to highly complex to meet client needs. We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing contract documents, developing 3D BIM models, and managing various aspects of model layout and coordination. Responsibilities * Review contract documents to provide bid estimates.
* Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations to develop detailed submittal drawings.
* Develop 3D BIM models for structures, building components, cladding, or panel facades.

The Associate Layout Designer will support engineers with drawing layouts by utilizing computer-aided drafting software. This role will also be responsible for creating new and modified components and Bill of Materials (BOM) in accordance to the Oshkosh standards.
