Role Overview:
As Product Designer II, you are passionate about design and component-driven design. You work closely with product designers and software engineers to ensure a beautiful, consistent, and cohesive experience across our platforms. You build, test, document, and leverage components, patterns, and templates for mobile apps and responsive web. What you do each day:
Advocate for the customer's needs while balancing the goals of the business
Create solutions for our products through design explorations, documentation, presentations, and collaboration across all of our platforms, including web, iOS, and Android
Execute competitor analysis, discovery research, and usability testing
Build event models, user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs
Present and communicate concepts and design rationale to team members and stakeholders
Innovate and strengthen design principles and repeatable patterns
Inspire the team and our customers by bringing new ideas and visual experiences to the table and defining next-generation interfaces
Provide guidelines and documentation that connects and resonates with the teams building our products.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant professional experience in the SaaS product and SMB software space
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Portfolio that highlights design patterns and product architecture you have created or largely contributed to.
Knowledge of design patterns and technical constraints for iOS, and Android.
Understand accessibility guidelines.

+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
