Develop designs from concept to execution, working closely with the Head of Product, engineers, and leadership to implement the product vision effectively.

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for testing/quick validation and to communicate with teammates. Iterate based on feedback.

Required qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment. Experience working on AI-driven or data-centric products is a plus.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro)
Strong understanding of UI/UX and interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles. Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

The Director of Learning & Visitor Experience plays a central role in ensuring that engaging, high-quality learning experiences related to art, history and nature are offered by the Frick for visitors of all ages as part of a diverse slate of mission-related and/or revenue-generating programs.

Salary: $83,077-$92,308 based on experience
Responsibilities:
Serve as part of the senior management team responsible for the general management of the Frick
Develop dynamic educational initiatives and programming to further the mission of the museum, including fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to explore new earned income opportunities through programming
Hire and manage all Department of Learning & Visitor Experience staff, and conduct or supervise staff trainings and evaluations on an ongoing basis
Create and execute annual initiatives as part of the Frick's Strategic Plan.
Create and manage the Learning & Visitor Experience Department annual budget and work with the Executive Director and Director of Finance to meet both departmental and site-wide financial goals
Participate in quarterly trustee committee meetings and board meetings as a member of the senior leadership team
Build and maintain strong interdepartmental and cross-departmental communications
Ensure that all education program information is shared efficiently and consistently with other departments
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners that enable the Frick to serve diverse audiences
Work closely with the Advancement and Engagement department to showcase programming to funders and to write successful grant applications and reports
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Department to provide information and content for Frick programs in a timely and thorough manner
Present at local venues as well as local and national conferences to promote the collections and work of the Frick
Participate in interviews and media opportunities to promote education and programming at the Frick
Ensure that programming is compliant with insurance risk policies as well as local, state and federal laws. This includes but is not limited to liquor liability, attendance capacity, etc.
Position Requirements
Must possess a bachelor's degree in museum education, history, art history, or a related field
Must have five years or more of demonstrable experience in a leadership position in a museum education department
Proven ability to remain calm and confident under pressure, using sound operational judgment to resolve complex issues
Experience in a management role, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
A track record of working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality educational experiences
Comfort with technology, including familiarity with Office 365
Possess a valid driver's license
Must pass a background check

The Creative/Technical Designer III will support the development and execution of new products by creating product designs, technical sketches and by writing, issuing, and maintaining product specifications. This role will collaborate with PD Managers and leadership to execute product line plans to achieve annual sales and profit goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design of Products
Builds designs for new products, adds improvements to existing products and conducts market research for new product design ideas.
Creates technical drawings and 3D illustrations via Adobe Illustrator and CLO.
Ensures all drawings and illustrations support ATC’s selling initiatives and confirms the accuracy of project specifications.
Loads sketches, patterns, technical drawings into PLM as required.
Print, Pattern, Color
