This is a full time position, based in our Brooklyn, NY office 4 days a week with 1 day WFH. Salary $75-$85k (depending on experience). Essential Functions: - Develop and design high-quality still, motion, and gif assets for the brand website, email, social, paid media, catalog, OOH, and other marketing channels. - Collaborate with VP of Marketing, Ecomm + Creative Services team to translate the seasonal marketing calendar into monthly, weekly and daily visual stories across all touchpoints. - Develop and maintain design systems, creative briefs, guidelines, toolkits, and graphic treatments, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints. - Build weekly email marketing messages, from graphic assets to the templates in ESP, using an understanding of best practices, industry comps and brand guidelines and selling data. - Partner closely with the Ecomm team to conceptualize and create a compelling customer journey and user experience across all layers of the brand website. - Creatively ideate new designs, layouts, templates for campaign newsletters, launch emails, and organic/paid social. - Support with print production and liaise with external vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of print deliverables. - Perform ad hoc retouching, editing, and color-correcting where necessary to ensure all visuals meet brand standards and product accuracy. - Provide cross-functional asset production support on a seasonal basis to the Wholesale, Events, PR, and Retail teams - Stay current on emerging trends in advertising, digital design, publications, brand launches, creative agency output, and 360 marketing campaigns.
