About this Role: The incumbent serves as a highly skilled working supervisor of a unit of professional journey-level analysts that perform rate studies, monitor a quality assurance fee program and prepare State Plan Amendments. These functions serve as the basis for Medi-Cal reimbursement for nursing facility services, intermediate care for the developmentally disabled - rehabilitative and nursing services, hospice care, adult day health care, home health agency services, and other new facility services.
