We are seeking a UX Researcher who will regularly engage with our patients and medical providers to help product teams better understand the problem space they are working on, evaluate opportunities they can address, and iterate on solutions until they are native to our audience.
The person in this role will collaborate with multiple product teams in one of the tracks (either Core or AI Autonomous Clinic) and focus on helping the track achieve its vision and goals. We expect that person to not only do the research itself, but also proactively identify what research is needed to achieve the track's goals.
UX Researcher at MEDvidi is expected to contribute beyond doing user research by participating in discovery, design, delivery, and adoption phases.
We expect UX Researchers to synthesise information (research insights, data, product vision), not just translate research insights into solutions/features.
2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in a product-led company
Experience working as part of the product team
Experience in planning, designing, conducting, and analysing both qualitative and quantitative research
Experience in presenting research insights visually (for example, using CJM or USM)
Structured approach to problem solving: You identify your plan first, and only then do you carry out the work
Culture fit: ownership (you take full responsibility over finishing what you started), focus (you prioritise ruthlessly), transparency, evidence-based decision approach (you use data, research, or logic for decisions you make)
Advanced English level (C1) and Fluent Russian
Experience with frameworks (JTBD, COMB, BMAT, and others) is a plus, but not a requirement.
We expect all our newcomers to be proficient in using LLMs in their daily work.
Proactively identify research opportunities that help the track reduce uncertainty in problems they address and solutions they build
Participate in both the discovery phase (helping identify and validate problems) and the delivery phase (brainstorming on solutions with the team, validating them, and suggesting prototypes)
Plan, design, and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and other research methodologies and methods (conjoint, WTP, and others)
Analyse user research insights and provide recommendations synthesised from research itself, data, product vision, and stakeholders' expertise
Use behavioural frameworks (BMAT, COMB, or our own framework) in all stages of your research work
Create user experience artefacts, such as a CJM, based on research and data
Compile your research insights in a single knowledge base accessible to other team members directly or via AI
Perform secondary research to help teams get up to speed
Work as part of a product track, which consists of multiple product teams, collaborating with other roles to achieve the track's goals
