Key Responsibilities:
+ Define research strategy, design, and execute research studies effectively

+ Regularly provide insights to designers and empowered product teams on key behavioral metrics, such as tool usage, search behavior, feature engagement, user demographics, and pathway analysis.
+ Spreads knowledge, practices, and improvements in experience vertical community of practice. Stays current with trends in UX.
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of conducting comprehensive UserResearch across multiple methodologies, driving actionable insights that shape product development and customer success.
+ 5+ years working with a various userresearch methodologies including focus groups, ethnography, concept validation, usability testing, card sorting, surveys, mobile testing, etc.
+ Master of UserResearch craft, recognized for expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and for fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
+ Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology, Experimental Psychology, or a related field; PhD or other advanced degree preferred.
