    We are looking for a strategic Senior Manager of UX Design to lead our Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Experience Design team, which creates the digital products and tools that empower over 4,000 DSPs worldwide to successfully manage their delivery businesses. In this role, you will lead the design vision for critical systems including Cortex, the Delivery Service Portal (Logistics Portal), and other DSP-facing applications that enable DSPs to effectively run logistics companies and manage operations, personnel, and finances across Amazon's largest package delivery channel. You will establish and drive the design strategy across key DSP operational areas: capacity planning and scheduling, fleet management, on-road execution monitoring, DA (Delivery Associate) hiring and onboarding, financial management, and business performance analytics. You'll partner closely with product and engineering leaders across DSP Product Tech to create seamless operational experiences that help DSPs thrive in the fast-paced package delivery business. To be successful in this role, you must be an empathetic leader who can balance the needs of diverse user groups - from DSP owners and dispatchers to delivery associates - while maintaining a unified design vision that fosters a trustworthy DSP-Amazon partnership.
