Expert with tools like Pendo and Qualtrics . Experience with data manipulation (SQL, Python) or statistical software (R, SPSS) is a plus.
* In-Person Research Expertise: Proven experience planning, recruiting for, and conducting a range of in-person research, including ethnographic-style fieldwork, contextual inquiries in users' natural environments, and on-site usability testing.
