Essential Duties:
Assist the SGM and Deputy for Breaching as the Breaching Photographer and Testing SME working in collaboration with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry - to develop, photograph, and test new tools and technology in support of the SOF explosive and mechanical breaching community.
Assist in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.
Tasks include provide advice and photographic documentation training on current advanced drilling techniques/technology applications; explosive planning factors; charge preparation; charge emplacement; and design, fabricate, and test commercial and industrial blasting products.
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and rapid prototyping processes.
Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, SOF AT&L, or other SOF components. (preferred).
Qualifications include a background in heavy and medium explosive and mechanical breaching operations (particularly SOF) with a knowledge of breaching and entry techniques, tactics, & procedures.

Introduction
Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The Air Force and Combatant Commands Business Group of SAIC is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer (SCCM) to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.

Job Description

· Military or civilian government service at the O-5/GS-14 level or above
· Master's degree in national security, international relations, history, or another related technical field
· Active Top Secret clearance, eligible for TS/SCI
· Expert-level experience developing, writing, and presenting executive-level briefings, papers, articles, and/or reports
· Experience at the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or senior Service staff level
· Expert-level experience in military operations and planning at the strategic and operational level
· Conversant with future technologies and all-domain capabilities (land, maritime, air, cyber, space, and EMS)
· Experience or expertise in the Indo-Pacific region
· Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and writing analytic reports
Preferred Qualifications:
· Graduate of an advanced warfighting school (SAMS, SAW, JAWS, SAAS, MAWS) or war college preferred
· Conversant in Joint Force Development and Design activities, or Joint and Service concepts and doctrine (including JWC, MDO, DMO, EABO, ACE) preferred
