Well integrated.

Being my own boss. Not having anyone hovering over me.

Good pay, great co-workers. This was a small post office in Midland,N.C. Worked there for 20 yrs. Just recently retired.
Last post master, after I retired she relocated. I've talked with new Post Master and she and I have a good relationship.
Nothing but a good salary and friendly, polite & calm work place.
At home 4 days a week
2 sets of rules of different employees. Poorly trained upper management, not qualified. Overworked staff, the level of expectations is never enough.

Overworked Schedule with much smaller teams. Even though have two audits with five people still responsible for getting out both audits out in same time, no accommodations for staffing.

Benefits and opportunity to shift schedule regularly.
I like unions- but four in one facility means that you cant act human anymore if you have decency or morals.
Good sick leave/ attendance policy. Be honest and show up as much as you can- they wont fire you as long as you're not excessively absent.

Management did not empathize with me regarding my need for transportation and to transfer to the facility that was in walking distance from my home.
