Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities. * Design and develop RPA solutions following best practices and standard frameworks. * Build unattended bots * Integrate bots with RESTful APIs and web services. * Leverage UiPath AI Center (formerly AI Fabric), Document Understanding, and OCR to enhance cognitive automation. * Implement automations using UiPath's REFramework and modern design for UI automation. * Apply version control and CI/CD practices using GitHub or similar tools. * Create and maintain reusable automation components to drive efficiency. * Assist with documentation, including technical design documents and user guides. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and support deployed automations in production. Key Qualifications * Proven hands-on experience in RPA development in enterprise environments. * Proficiency in UiPath Studio and orchestrator tools. * Strong understanding of Office365 integration in automation workflows. * Experience with API-based integration and web automation. * Familiarity with AI/ML components in UiPath (e.g., AI Center, OCR, Document Understanding). * Solid understanding of REFramework and modular design patterns. * Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment automation. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. * Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications * UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD). * Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere.etc .. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. * 8 years of project management experience; at least 2-3 years managing AI/ML or data-related projects. * Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies. * Lead end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. * Coordinate with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product teams. * Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., model training, data preprocessing, MLOps, model evaluation). * Work closely with technical teams to evaluate feasibility and complexity of AI solutions. * Experience in Agile/Scrum; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus. * Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance standards. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * 12+ Years of Technical experience as part Oracle Implementation and Support project. * 6+years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud. * Good technical work experience in Financial Modules in Oracle Fusion cloud. * Understanding the Oracle Fusion SAFT Reports, experience in developing custom SAFT and * Controllership reports must be required for this role. * Good Experience in developing custom OTBI, BIP Reports, FRS Reports and update the Standard * Oracle fusion BI and FRS Reports. * Experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is expected for this role. * In -depth Knowledge in SQL Plus, PL/SQL is the primary requirement for this role. * Knowledge of the EDW and other legacy databases is expected for this role. * Working with functional team members and Users in gathering the requirements for reports and creating Technical, Migration documentation and developing reports as per business requirement * Able to work independently with business users for issue resolution and technical bug fixes in * Oracle fusion cloud environment.
