The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School is one of four medical schools in the University of Texas system. The school offers a four-year curriculum consisting of both departmental and interdisciplinary teaching. The school also offers combined degree options to address specific areas of interest. Admissions for UT Southwestern Medical School are extremely competitive.
