Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. This role involves assessing patient conditions, implementing urgent care plans, administering life-saving treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care in critical situations. The ER RN demonstrates strong clinical skills, exceptional critical thinking abilities, excellent communication under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
Essential Work Functions:
Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition
Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved emergency nursing techniques and protocols
Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their time in the emergency department, responding to immediate needs
Observe and document patient conditions as required within scope of practice
Take and monitor vital signs using clinical judgment to address deviations and prevent complications
Respond to life-saving situations based upon emergency nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols
Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR)
Initiate patient education plans according to individualized needs, considering the acute nature of emergency care
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

The Work :

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities and Duties
Handles and stores all food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines.
Assists with food preparation as assigned by supervisor
Prepare food items according to the standardized recipes insuring safe food handling practices.
Uses food supplies and equipment in an efficient and economic manner to prevent waste.
Operates institutional food preparation and cleaning equipment (including dish machine) according to manufacturer and supervisory direction. Follows proper cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules.
Assists with the set-up of the food tray line or set up of buffet dining
Assembles meals and trays for residents according to the facility procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
One-year experience in food service institutional setting preferred.
Basic understanding of nutrition and therapeutic diets.
Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
Understanding of person-centered care.
Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Temp IIS IFRS Specialist (Social Work)
Trenton, MO
We are seeking a Temporary IIS IFRS Specialist to join our team. Starting Salary: $46,000 (W-2) . Your role as an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* This position is based out of your home and will cover Harrison, Mercer, Putnam, and Grundy counties.
* Always carries 2-3 cases, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week during the 4-6-week IIS intervention or the 8-12-week IFRS intervention.
* Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise.
* Provide in-home support to stabilize families in crisis, utilize de-escalation skills, prevent child abuse/neglect, prevent out-of-home placements, and facilitate family reunification.
* Conduct home visits to promote safety, permanency, and well-being as agency policy requires.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with children and the following:
* Must have a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field.
* At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
* A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Job Purpose: Prepares loan documents for closing of consumer, agricultural, commercial and real estate loan products to ensure compliance and quality of loan documentation for funding.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative assistance to the loan officers including updating loan data for entry into the financial institution's computers and assembling loan documents.
Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data.
Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation.
Checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures.
Completes lien searches and filings; maintains current liens by filing continuations when needed; completes filings to perfect security interests in collateral.
Maintains new and paid loan files. Performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures. Uses office computers for data input and other activities and orders credit reports.
Completes quality checks of loan packets, document deficiencies, and resolves exceptions with loan officers.
Answers telephone and written inquiries concerning loan processing.
Carries out responsibilities with professionalism and respect for others in accordance with the Bank's policies.
Assists other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience processing consumer real-estate loans.
Six months to one year of experience in an office environment.
Successful completion of in-house training program (if available) or approved outside training program.
Good understanding of financial institution products and services.
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a normal office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements:
