Part-time Description HOUSE MANAGER CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK The primary responsibilities of this position consist of teaching and assisting consumers with basic activities of daily living and recovery skills including but not limited to personal hygiene, healthy sleep habits, housecleaning, laundry techniques, conflict resolution, respect for others in a community, importance of time management and assignment completion. Intervenes during disruptive consumer interactions and completes serious incident reports as directed. Teaches consumers how to maintain personal hygiene care, develop healthy sleep habits, practice conflict resolution, improve self-respect and increase personal accountability.
