You get a company vehicle. Company fuel card. The benefits are okay. Being in the field on your own is the best part.
Cons of working at Utiliquest, Llc
Manager in Orlando needs personal help. He has a very egotistical attitude. With a short fuse. He hires unqualified people and when they mess up he literally takes it out on the entire team. He comes up with rules that are not even in the company handbook. He promises raises to his employees in order for him to gain personally and when we work hard and get him what he wants he falls back on his word. He makes you compete among other coworkers in order to get safety clothing or accessories for your job. The amount of rules that have been put in place since the start up have steered people away because it’s so overwhelming. They expect you to cover projects by yourself and than it affects your ticket per hour score , so when your 6 month review comes up they don’t pay you what you deserve.

Don't know the CEO, never speak to my manager. My supervisor is awesome. He is the only reason I haven't left the company yet
