Good benefits

Cons of working at Custom Truck One Source

Lack of knowledge within company. No process or structure to why and how things are done. Poor decision making makes simple tasks difficult. These things along with many other areas are known and not dealt with. Feels like a lot of people are just riding out a check every couple weeks. Very high turn over rate.

Probably the pay. This is quickly overshadowed by many deficiencies throughout company.
