Our HVAC Technicians install, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment for industrial and commercial customers including, refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, chillers, and packaged units.

Basic Qualifications:

What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in electrical testing and power system services
Current NETA Level III or IV, or NICET equivalent certification
Proven experience leading and mentoring technicians in the field
Ability to manage multi-month, medium to large-scale projects
Familiarity with NETA ATS/MTS Standards and NFPA70E
Proficient in lockout/tagout and hazardous energy control procedures

🎓 Qualifications

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Motive Power Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
Travel locally to customer facilities as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining similar manufacturing or industrial products
Motive Power product experience (batteries, chargers, etc) seen as a huge plus.
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT medical exam.
