What you will do in the role: Preventative Maintenance and Repair: Inspect and monitor building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. You will perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including filter changes, cleaning, safety checks, and part replacements, following all standards and manufacturer guidelines.
