RDR is seeking skilled laborers including those with specialized skills and a variety of knowledge in the oil and gas industry.

Preferred experience:
Experience operating or working around underground directional drilling excavation.
Experience with trenchers and/or mini excavators a plus.
Dirt work/erosion repair experience.
Construction experience.
Concrete and Yard Restoration Experience.
Experience working with live gas lines is a plus.
Experience Requirements:
Reporting directly to their RDR supervisor.
Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, squat, crouch.
Able to work up to and at times greater than 12-hour days.
Must be proficient with hand tools.
Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week on average. *Weather permitting*.
Maintain all required Operator Qualifications.
Fuse pipe (manual, hydraulic, and electro fusion).
Installation of service lines.
Tie-over existing services.
Abandon existing services.
Pressure testing (Air and nitrogen).
Pipeline pigging.
Complete Main line installation and tie ins.
Installation of bypasses and squeeze off live gas line.
Abandon existing main line.
Bagging live gas line.
Basic operation of mini excavator, dump truck, and forklift.
Assist drill operator with locator.
Change and run equipment attachments.
Properly load and haul equipment and materials.
Mentor and teach fellow employees.
Safety related incidents and property damage will be a determining factor in moving to the next class.
Willing to volunteer to work when needed will be a requirement to move to the next class.
Employee call-offs will be an evaluating factor before moving to next class.
A willingness to work out of town will be an evaluating factor to move to the next class.
Current employees will be considered for open positions before outside employment is considered for a position.
Management will evaluate each employee's task proficiency when considering employee's move to next class.

Objectives

* Compares income/household information from other sources (data matches) with information in case record. Checks to ensure all required information is correct. Ensures all information has been processed in accordance with State, Federal and County policy. Summarizes reviews in case record;
* Consults and works in conjunction with eligibility workers and Employment Counselors;
* Supports Income Maintenance and other programs by working with local agencies to include writing and monitoring contracts, attending meetings, conferences, workshops, training sessions, and performing a variety of public relations duties;
* Devises correspondence completes forms and develops reports associated with the public assistance operation;
* Performs inquiry using computer system for intake, re-applications, changes and other similar administrative requirements;

* Responds to telephone calls regarding the screening for eligibility, receiving reports or changes from client, receiving information from another agency or private business, making referrals, and making calls to clients, providers, other agencies and the private sector;

Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is an entry-level position in facilities maintenance. Under close supervision, the Facilities Maintenance Worker I is responsible for learning Goodwill's infrastructure, systems, and facilities, using tools and equipment, and a wide variety of practices and procedures to perform general maintenance, remodel and renovation of all facilities owned or leased by Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries. This includes, but is not limited to, technical maintenance, repair, installation, alteration, and construction activities involving carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, mechanical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and HVAC installation, and electrical trades work.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Industrial or trade school graduation or certification is preferred.
Valid Driver License with a clean driving record to be able to be insured by our company.
Must be able to pass BCI background check and pre-employment drug test which includes THC.
Minimum of one year of full-time experience in construction, maintenance, and/or facilities systems, including the use of hand and power tools.
Skills:
Able to use construction mathematics for determining slope, calculating square footage, etc.
Knowledge of OSHA, ADA and Ohio Department of Motor Vehicle laws and regulations.
Maintain files and documents. Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
Ability to meet driving standards and travel to sites throughout Central Ohio.
Must have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
