**Required Qualifications**
+ Active unrestricted RN license with the ability to obtain Compact Nursing License
+ A minimum of three years clinical RN experience;
+ Prior clinical experience, managed care experience, **OR** utilization management experience
+ Demonstrates Emotional Maturity
+ Ability to work independently and within a team setting
+ Willing to work in multiple time zones
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Attention to detail, strong computer skills including Microsoft office products
+ Ability to work in fast paced environment
+ Ability to form positive working relationships with all internal and external customers
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Education: BSN or bachelor's degree in a related field
+ Experience with Physical Therapy, DME, Cardiac or Orthopedic procedures
+ Previous experience in utilization management within Insurance industry
+ Previous Medicare Advantage/Medicare
+ Current nursing experience in Hospital, SNF, LTAC, DME or Home Health.
+ Bilingual

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The Position
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to promote and restore the health of patients. You will work with different patients and provide direct nursing care, as well as physical or psychological support when necessary.
Responsibilities
Follow all pre-analytics quality control standards.
Sample collection: verify type of test and demographic information of patients.
Always Performs sample collection using PPE and observe the universal precautions in every case.
Prepares samples and corresponding documentation to be delivered to Reference laboratory.
Maintains sample collection area organized and with enough supplies at all time.
Performs the phlebotomy materials order monthly.
Explain procedure, perform, and document patient vital signs in FNA Clinic.
Performs all FNA procedures reports for the Pathologist.
Organize and store slides when needed.
Assists in the packing of blocks and/or slides requested by an external source.
Assists in the resolution of the problem cases identified by the laboratory assistant personnel.
Assists Reception and Customer Service Departments by channeling phone calls, coordinating appointments for Cytology samples or FNA clinics when necessary.
Perform sample collection to patients at home (home visits), following the established laboratory clinic protocol.
Promotes a safe work environment.
Coordinate daily with Call Center the list of visits and appointments to be performed.
Coordinate with the assigned CSR for pickup of supplies and drop off collected samples as needed.
Follow sample collection procedure as established by the Medical Director or assignee.

Perform any other related functions and responsibilities.
Requirements and Skills
Associate or bachelor's degree in Nurse Science or related area.
Professional Registration, PR Nursing College Certificate, and active License as BSN.
Vaccine Certification.
CPR Certification.

Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, and Insurance.
Able to drive to any assigned project Island wide.
