12-hour rotating day and night shifts, with heavier nights and scheduling flexibility
Required to work two weekends per month and cover holiday shifts

Floating may be required to assist other departments
Cerner EMR and EFM system used for documentation and fetal strip reading
Unit-specific onboarding is provided
Team consists of RN staff, a charge nurse, and house supervisor support
No 24/7 in-house OB or neonatologist coverage

Role Purpose
The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care after completing a nursing program and before licensure.
