Pros of working at UTZ Brands is that it's close to home.
Dead end job. No job opportunity.
The perk is that you can eat chips.
Prepared my resume, reviewed the job description, and identity my skills and matched my qualifications.

The ONLY pro is you get your full 40 hours each week
There are so many cons it's not even funny. They don't hold everyone to the same standards. They wrongfully terminate good employees and reward the bad ones. They don't care about their employees, you're just a number to them.
Holiday pay is about the only benefit
I worked there 6 years and never even met the CEO
I would improve UTZ Brands by hiring all new management
I started at Utz through a temp agency and got hired on after 1 year

When it was time to leave
There are none. Company is low level in everything they do.
Very low pay, no benefits, unsafe workplace, company culture.
They don’t offer any.
The pay was good. And we got holiday pay and a Christmas gift
Personal issue.
Insurance.
It’s great people to be around with on third shift
Everything’s made for shorter people there
They offered great benefits but I never used them
It has pretty good health benefits and pay
It feels like a joke, and being a place I spend a good portion of my life. Not something I can foresee by choice in the future.
