This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering steady weekday hours in a clean, organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities: * In charge of preparing packages for shipment from the warehouse. * Retrieve the items needed on the invoice from the inventory, check that they are in good condition, wrap them securely, and pack them for shipping. * Meet specifics of customer orders in an accurate and timely manner * Keep products and orders separated, organized and in good rotation * Scan and sort outgoing stock, pulling, packing, loading, receiving, stocking, and stacking inventory. * Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e. Pallet Jacks, Tape machine, Shrink Wrapper) * Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes. * Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practice * Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. * Requires knowledge of product quality and basic operations acquired through three months of training. * Requires basic math and reading skills. * Ability to communicate production issues to fellow co-workers and supervision.
