Responsibilities:
* Greet and check in incoming truck drivers, verify documentation and load details in Blue Yonder
* Manage inbound and outbound dock appointments and maintain detailed shipping/receiving records
* Rotate between the office and the guard shack, both require organization, professionalism, and multitasking
* Upload and process shipping documents daily in our TMS (Transportation Management System)
* Release loads and prioritize tasks based on input from warehouse leadership
* Provide support and clear direction to drivers on site
* Maintain order, safety, and accuracy in both guard and administrative functions
* Communicate effectively across departments to ensure flow of goods remains efficient
Requirements:
* Previous experience in distribution, shipping/receiving, or warehouse admin preferred

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:
Education & Experience
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
* Technical, vocational, or associate degree preferred
* 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably across multiple technical areas such as machining, electrical controls, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, packaging equipment, or process systems
