Fabricates lined pipe (PPL and TFE). This includes cutting, threading, assembly, flaring and testing of pipe spools from 1” through 4”. Cuts, threads, and assembles carbon steel pipe, plastic pipe and stainless steel pipe Assists with warehousing duties. Performs layout and assembly on all small equipment such as cyclesorbs, bulk bins, vapor paks and high flow ventsorbs (and fan skids). Maintain CCC's service equipment. Job Description JOB FUNCTION: This position is responsible for the operation of tools and equipment in a variety of customer work sites for providing industrial and/or environmental cleaning. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Strictly adhere to MPW Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. 2. Arrive at branch or jobsite on time, in uniform, properly groomed, mentally alert and physically able to work. Follow branch process for work schedule. 3. Set up jobsite including water blast hose, or vacuum hose, barricade tape and tags. 4. Use equipment such as, water blast gun, water lance, dry vacuum hose (6”and 8”), wet vacuum hose (6” and 8”), shovels, picks, automated tooling, aerial platform lifts and any other equipment needed. 5. Cleans equipment prior to return to MPW branch location. 6. Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks. 7. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Maintain valid ID to ensure access into customer sites. 2. Preferred specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment. 3. Experience performing manual labor in an outside setting. 4. Preferred 2-3 years of “hands on” experience with tools or heavy equipment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation. 2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor. 3. Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty. 4. Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces. 5. Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc. 6. Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labor Worker to join our team at the landfill. This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including stacking tires, cleaning bathrooms, and assisting with general labor duties to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, able to work in outdoor conditions, and comfortable performing hands-on tasks.Key Responsibilities: Tire Stacking: Organize and stack tires safely and efficiently. Ensure proper handling and storage of tires to maintain a safe work environment. Facility Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies. Perform general facility maintenance, including trash removal and area cleanup. Sweep, mop, and disinfect common areas as needed. General Labor Duties: Assist with unloading and sorting materials at the landfill. Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the landfill site. Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear. Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
