What You'll Be Doing * Lifts and transports bundles of corrugated bulk containers filled with plastic bottles, assembles them into grouped boxes, and secures them with twine. * Inspects plastic bottles for defects such as holes, surface lines, or water spots, and packs all approved bottles into boxes. * Monitors automated machinery to prevent operational jams. * Notifies the supervisor of any defective bottles or equipment malfunctions. * Ensures conveyor belts remain clear of excess bottles. * Operates the bagger machine as required. * Alerts appropriate personnel when additional raw materials are needed. * Tracks the number of bottles produced during each shift. * Accurately labels boxes or bags with the correct date and shift identification, following designated color-coding requirements. * Supports departmental inventory activities and performs routine record-keeping tasks. The role supports smooth production flow by keeping lines clear, labeling finished goods accurately, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for each shift. **This role is based on site at our Mars, PA facility with the hours of Sunday-Thursday 3:30pm-11:40pm.
