The Role CCR is seeking a highly motivated candidate with utility solar experience to manage a team of field technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities on solar PV systems. This leader will have ownership of site performance, regularly spending at least one full day per week onsite to ensure the safety, reliability and operational excellence of the region. The Regional will lead and develop a team of field technicians, driving consistent execution of preventative and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in utility-scale solar, excellent judgement, and the ability to lead teams through high-volume and complex operational challenges.
