Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.

The Role
CCR is seeking a highly motivated candidate with utility solar experience to manage a team of field technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities on solar PV systems. This leader will have ownership of site performance, regularly spending at least one full day per week onsite to ensure the safety, reliability and operational excellence of the region.
The Regional will lead and develop a team of field technicians, driving consistent execution of preventative and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in utility-scale solar, excellent judgement, and the ability to lead teams through high-volume and complex operational challenges.
This role includes a highly competitive compensation package-base salary, annual bonus, and LTIP-along with full relocation support for candidates transitioning to the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership
Serve as primary leader for performance, reliability and safety outcomes of the Uvalde sites and surrounding assets.
Lead, coach and develop a team of field technicians, setting clear expectations, conducting regular check-ins and ensuring team alignment with operational priorities.

What You'll Do:
Ensure Quality Control. Conduct routine testing of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, and finished materials to ensure quality control of products at the point of production, shipping, and arrival upon the job site. Student Management
Help meet the individual needs of students, including transferring them to and from wheelchairs, lifting and positioning them, and signing or interpreting instructions for them, etc.
Provide students' physical and personal care needs including feeding, toileting and personal hygiene.
Help manage the behavior of assigned students. This includes intervening in crisis situations and restraining disruptive or dangerous student behavior as needed.
Assume responsibility for learning and adapting to each student's special medical, physical, communicative, and emotional needs.
Work with assigned students or small groups to develop motor skills and conduct instructional exercises assigned by teacher.
Assist assigned students throughout school day, inside and outside classroom. This may include lunchroom, bus, and playground duty.
Keep teacher informed of special needs or problems of assigned students.

Responsibilities
* Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan
* Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
