In 2008, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales where he managed the sales channel for seven operating divisions that produced revenues in excess of $1B. Prior to joining U.S. Xpress, Mr. Poulos worked with Panther Expedited Services, one of the leading premium expedited transportation carriers in the market. His career with Panther began in 1999 when he served as both Director of Sales and National Account Manager, where he developed many of the large strategic accounts for the company. In addition to strategic account development, Mr. Poulos managed the Midwest and Southwest sales teams. He is a graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Political Science.
