Pay is good, benefits are good.
Replace the “superintendent” in Usk with someone else. He creates conflicts between departments and personnel, puts people down and treats everyone else like they are dumb.
Pay is decent
Nothing you can find better health plans for cheaper as well as better 401 K plans
Upper Management create a hostile work environment unless you are related and or have been friends with them before. Upper management does not have employees backs. They will conduct one sided investigations inside of the company. The upper management will act in disrespectful ways, will talk down to you like your a child. Upper management creates and unsafe environment,
Take great care of their employees . Pay is great if not best in area. Amazing people to work with too.
You can get all the hours you can handle but it takes away from things like hobbies or family time.
Great benefits and run by great family.
The pay is decent for the colville area
Unless you are friends with the plant manager or CEO it’s unlikely you’ll go anywhere in the company

Family atmosphere. They take very good care of their employees!
They take very good care of us, and expect a lot in return. They will work you all the ours they can, although you will be well paid, it still means time sacrificed from our own families.
