As a manager you have unlimited PTO - needs to be approved of course. Benefits were MUCH better before the company was taken (much to early) public

Absolutely 0 work/life balance. Especially as a manager. Abysmal balance actually.

Nothing. Vacasa bought TurnKey and then the Turnkey leadership took over all or most key leadership positions and the company has tanked ever since
