PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Maintenance Technician Level II is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and doing repairs within Grand Lodge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and various texturing work
Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ground care in the winter and landscaping tasks in summer
Troubleshoot, service, and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and three phase electrical panels and circuits
Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings
Remove/install faucets, seats, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers
Troubleshoot and repair drainage problems, water leaks, and lack of water
Woodworking on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills and be able to effectively perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, woodwork, drywall, and various texturing
CPO certified in maintaining balanced pools and hot tub chemicals
Able to work on ladders and scaffoldings, use power tools and equipment, and operate company vehicles in a variety of weather conditions
Able to work with various chemicals, including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products
Familiarity with OSHA PPE protocols preferred
Must be able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work such as snow removal
Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic hand tools required; specialty tools provided
Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lift Electrical Technician I completes industrial electronics control system maintenance, modifications, construction and inspections on lifts under the direction of the Lift Electrical Supervisor. WAGE:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Performs routine industrial electronics maintenance on lifts to maintain lifts up to Winter Park Recreational Association, Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board, United States Forest Service, American National Standards Institute, lift manufacturer and insurance carrier standards.

Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance worker is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of The People Concern Willow Tree Inn. This position will ensure that The People Concern operates a clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities that meet industry and funding source standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for general cleaning of the facilities which includes sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, washing windows, cleaning and stocking restrooms, emptying trash, etc.
Assist with the completion of all minor repairs and facility rehabilitation, including interior and exterior facility grounds, buildings and equipment.
Implement a schedule of regular evaluation and preventative maintenance/repair tasks of the facilities ensuring the safety of the buildings from fire, flood, and other hazards.
Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of offices, restrooms, dining areas, dorms and common areas.
Assist with set-up and clean-up of major events and with the pick-up, loading, and unloading of supplies and donations.
Communicate regularly with all members of the team, to ensure effective two- way communication concerning maintenance issues.
Implement policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
One to three years' experience as a Facilities Maintenance worker in a commercial building, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
Effective interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Self-starter with the ability to stay ahead of the curve and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Working knowledge of workplace safety and illness and injury prevention practices
Able to read, speak, and understand directions in English
Able to maintain a pleasant attitude and a customer-service orientation at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
