About This Job
The Regional Owner Success Coordinator will provide account support to our large and quickly growing portfolio of vacation homeowners. In this role, you will assist owners in finding resolution to their account-related questions, compliance to permitting regulations, onboarding new owners, and researching and resolving revenue concerns. The role is responsible for making sure our owners get fast, professional answers to their often complicated questions.
Compensation:
$27 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions
Be at the forefront of the company working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as the go-to person for our owners and field staff in a specific region. Work alongside and collaborate with other internal departments to provide thorough, accurate information back to owners on a regular basis.
Support individual owner's success, including:
Revenue management and property performance
Permitting compliance
Onboarding new owners
Finances including statements, portfolio analysis, and online account
Calendar management
Account-related programs including Guest Works and VIP owners

Skills + Qualifications
Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
1 - 2 years of customer service/call center experience is highly preferred.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and grace.
Creative problem solving.
Ability to multi-task and use a variety of systems and tools.
Attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our Franchise Operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the execution of marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement to our Franchise partners and solidify Casago as the key brand in short term rental management. You'll be the voice of the customer, conducting research and sharing insights through-out the organization.
Working closely with our Franchise Partner Success Team, finance team, Franchise Conversion Team, Franchise Sales team, executive team, you'll ensure customer needs are understood and collaborate on go-to-market strategies. You'll be responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure that the right customers get the right message, through the right channels and that our employees are trained on the features and value propositions of our Franchise owners. Essential Job Functions
Develop marketing strategies for telling the story of Casago and the value to guests of vacationing with a national brand owned and run by local heroes. Own this process from creating the annual marketing plan in line with the budget to tracking ROI on plan, budget, and establish and report key KPIs.
Develop marketing messaging that ties to the overall Casago brand position and value proposition. You will need an intimate understanding of the customers and respective segments to draft the right messaging strategies. You will draft, validate and implement marketing claims, hooks and offers to improve the revenue of our local franchisees.
Research, propose and implement a marketing strategy for Casago. This involves a deep understanding of our customers, central organization and our Franchise owners and teams. You will create alignment among the needs of each group to enable localized brand building in each of our markets.
Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversion
Conduct on-going research with customers as well as competitive analysis. Synthesize this research into commercial opportunities
Collect user feedback and analyze data to evaluate performance of campaigns
Develop positioning, messaging frameworks and value props
Own the development and management of our customer journey maps and personas. Evangelize our customers and their experiences internally to build empathy and drive informed decision making
Partner with internal stakeholders to inform our internal strategy
Develop go to market plans as needed for new franchisees that launch - partner with sales, brand and customer success team when appropriate

Skills + Qualifications
Total of 7+ years experience in marketing, management consulting, or user research with a strong quantitative bend.
Experience working in franchise marketing with a focus on hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
College education is strongly preferred, though we recognize that great talent comes from many different paths.

· Supervise Community Managers' execution of community owned home inspections, renovations and move-ins to assure timely turnovers and proper lease documentation.

Financial Management

Global Sales Director, Extended Stay (Remote Opportunity) - Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Hyatt Sales Force Americas team as Director of Extended Stay. In this role, you will lead a team to shape and execute the global sales strategy for Hyatt's extended stay segment, driving growth and strengthening our position in this rapidly expanding market. As the Director of Extended Stay, you will lead initiatives to increase revenue, build strategic partnerships, and capture market share by engaging long-term stay clients, relocation partners, corporate accounts, and government contracts. You'll collaborate across functions-sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution-to optimize pricing and positioning, and empower local teams with tools and training. The Role
The Director of Extended Stay is responsible for leading and executing the global sales strategy for the extended stay segment across all markets. This role will lead a team to focus on enhancing the Extended Stay Program with Hyatt Hotels, with a focus on increasing the share of Hyatt Sales Force Managed accounts for project-based, extended stay, or regional needs that align with the Essentials Portfolio. The Director of Extended Stay will report to the Senior Global Director, Transient.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a global extended stay sales strategy aligned with brand goals.
Identify high-potential markets and segments for extended stay growth.
Lead global sales campaigns, roadshows, and trade missions to promote extended stay offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with key global accounts, including relocation firms, project-based corporate clients, and extended stay travel buyers.
Oversee global RFP responses and negotiate long-term contracts.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through personalized service and account management.
Provide training and tools to empower local sales teams to sell extended stay effectively.
Work closely with the HSF Team to uncover extended stay opportunities within Globally Managed accounts.
Collaborate with Distribution, Revenue management, and marketing to optimize pricing and positioning.
Monitor global trends in extended stay travel, relocation, and workforce mobility.
Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Recommend program enhancements and service innovations based on client feedback.
Effectively communicate and bring Hyatt's story to life
Champion new and existing hotels and other company initiatives and priorities
Resourcefully engage all areas of the organization to find collaboration opportunities
Possess a strong customer service mindset
Engage with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and increase awareness of the Extended Stay Program offerings
Stay current on market conditions, forecasts, and trends and translate to action with proactive measures to drive sales
Maintain a high level of productivity while working independently in a fast-paced and relatively autonomous environment
Demonstrate strong follow-up, organizational skills, and leadership mindset
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values
Qualifications
Experience Required:
10+ years related industry experience
Strong understanding of the Extended Stay industry, programs, and a network of contacts
Comprehensive knowledge of Hotels and the Operational and Sales Practices
Ability to present with confidence
Proficient within MS Office
Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field

The salary range for this position is $98,600.00 to $128,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards.
The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
