Essential Job Responsibilities
Conduct sales presentations with current and potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
Generate sales by building relationships with prospective clients and current owners.
Identify and resolve customer concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments in the industry.
No cold calling! Leads are prequalified and provided by the Company.
Position Requirements
Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
Must have an active in good standing Real Estate License or Timeshare Certificate based upon state requirements.
Ability to deliver consistently high-quality presentations.
Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor at all times.
Requires excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with a diverse group to negotiate win-win solutions.
Must possess a dynamic and outgoing personality.
Organizational and leadership skills are required, and a general professional appearance and attitude must be maintained.

Take information from the prospective borrower and complete the loan application form.
Set yearly goals/attend meetings with manager.
Educate borrowers/communicate on a regular basis with borrowers, listing brokers and selling brokers.
Analyze the prospective borrowers income and debt and pre-qualify the prospective borrower to determine the maximum mortgage amount that the prospective borrower can afford.
Educate the prospective borrower in the home buying and financing process, advising the borrower about the different types of loan products available and demonstrating how closing costs and monthly payments could vary under each product.
Maintain regular contact with the borrower, realtors and the Company between the time of the application and closing to apprise them of the status of the application and gather any addition information.
Collect financial information (tax returns, bank statements) and other related documents that are part of the application process.
Order in file credit report, when required by the Company.
Determine whether the property is located in a flood area, where required by the Company.
Attend the closing of the mortgage loan, if requested by the company.
Under no circumstances shall the Loan Officer by compensated greater than the amount negotiated in the Loan Officer Compensation Agreement.
