I thought the pro of working at Nortrak are the work environment, the guys I worked with building turnouts were incredible.
The cons of working at Nortrak are pay, upper management, and the point system. as a builder I was making C grade at about $20 an hour. Building in my opinion was the hardest job there. We were always facing the elements of nature especially in Cheyenne, WY. Upper management there was a joke especially the HR group. They did not help guys at all and were more of a company resource than anything.
After 1 year of working there I did receive 1 weeks paid vacation wich I thought was nice.
