Assist in building NCQA compliant ongoing monitoring and delegation programs for the Nourish network of RDs. Support efforts to streamline existing credentialing processes by providing suggestions for automation or new tools, optimizing individual steps, and ensuring smooth workflows.     Job Title: Academy Equipment Associate Department: Academy Equipment Reports to: Sr. Coordinator of Academy Equipment The Academy Equipment Associate will work alongside our Sr. Coordinator of Academy Equipment assisting with the equipment needs of our Academy teams at FC Cincinnati. This position will be based out of the Mercy Health Training Center in Milford, Ohio and will report directly to the Sr. Coordinator of Academy Equipment. This is an hourly paid position working an average of 20 hours per week starting in January 2026.
