The **Senior Manager - Mountain FP&A** is based in the company's Broomfield, Colorado headquarters (or may be remotely based from company-approved locations), and will be part of a team that develops business insights to drive decision-making and commercial action for the resort teams of Vail Resorts. This includes financial planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis to support the strategic goals and drive results. This role works closely with resort senior leaders to develop resort experience views of financial results and performance to help drive strategic decision-making, growth objectives and capital allocation. **Key Responsibilities** + Support the financial budgeting & planning process for a resort portfolio as assigned, emphasizing value creation and aligning resources with strategic priorities. + Provide performance insights and guidance to drive strategic business initiatives for resort leadership teams.
