Job Summary:
As the Delivery Specialist, you are an ambassador of My Epic Gear and, where applicable, Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery and are instrumental to the success of the delivery team. You will conveniently deliver ski and snowboard gear right to our members' and guests' doors. Job Responsibilities:
Review reservation details, set up ski and snowboard gear to meet member and guest specifications, and prepare orders for delivery.
Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe, professional driving standards.
Act professionally and courteously while inside guest and member residences, hotels, and lodges, fitting their equipment and explaining proper, safe use.
Utilize technology to track the fulfillment process and the gear.
Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency.
Act as manager on duty when assigned
Answer any member questions regarding the My Epic Gear membership program and provide specific information about member reservations, gear, or the resort.

Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions

The coach position for our Kirkwood Development Teams will work with kids aged 6-14 in a season-long team environment. The position will report to the East Peak Lodge General Manager and will assist in Lodge oversite ensuring operations are run safely, efficiently and cost effectively while exceeding customer service expectations at this Nevada Side Local's Favorite Lodge.

Job Responsibilities:
* Working with Lodge Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at all times with a high level of service and product quality.
* Coordinates efforts of all BOH food & beverage employees; assures adequate staffing, training and supervision.
* Assures completion of all necessary paperwork as needed on a daily basis; Facility Check List, Safety Plans, Daily Payroll Accuracy, etc.
* Embrace the search for innovation and change, and implement these changes to exceed our guests' expectations and company goals.
* Maximize profitability and have an understanding of labor and cost of sales reporting/management.
* Ensure overall lodge/restaurant & location cleanliness, including snow removal.
* Inspect quality of food product received & served
* Maintains adequate inventory levels of all assigned products according to business levels and leads month end inventory processes.
* Ability to hold staff accountable to Vail Resorts policies, procedures and performance standards.
* Maintain a Safe environment and keeps location compliant with all Health and Safety requirements while creating and maintaining a culture of safety at all times.

Job Requirements:
* Intermediate or better skiing or snowboarding ability
* 2-4 years Management/Supervisory experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage environment.
* Intermediate or better computer skills; working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
* Exceptional communication skills, guest service and team building abilities.
* Serve Safe Certified Required
* Must be available holidays & weekends
* Ability to attend work in winter weather environment
* Participative leader who has a lead by example management style with a hands-on work ethic

Job Summary:
