Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Risk Management Reporting to Regional Head (Americas, Europe and Africa), Risk Management, based in New York City, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities: * Conducting formal credit risk and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews of allocated airlines in the Americas region, as well as other counterparties as may be required from time to time, travelling to meet counterparties and undertake on site due diligence. Making firm recommendations based on their assessment and views. * Producing accurate spreads of counterparty accounts and generating accurate credit ratings. Producing high quality financial analysis and credit reports for distribution to the Board and Management Committee as applicable. Maintaining a comprehensive database of counterparty financial information. * Taking ownership of allocated risk counterparties, maintaining relationships with them, and conducting annual reviews. Being a centre of knowledge for the relevant airlines and other counterparties for which you are responsible. * Leading cash collections and any restructuring activity for the accounts under your responsibility. * Working independently to build knowledge of the industry and aviation markets in the Americas.
