At Valencia, you'll get a quality education at a price you can afford. We offer the same education as a state university, only at about half the cost. And, with smaller campuses and classes, you'll get more support along the way. You'll also have the flexibility to take classes when and where you want-day, night or weekend at any of our five campuses, or online. And, Flex Start courses are starting all the time. Then, when you're finished, you'll be ready to go straight into a high-skill, high-wage job or transfer to a four-year university as a junior with guaranteed admission.

Pros of working at Valencia College

For the most part it was a nice, easy job.

Cons of working at Valencia College

At East campus, the security department's senior management tolerates bad behavior. Reporting it does nothing. Good workers are unappreciated.

Pros of working at Valencia College

I was taught new things all the time, and it helped me acquire new skills. Also, It was a very healthy work environment.

Cons of working at Valencia College

There were supervisors who could not take criticism very well. Thankfully they were not from the same office, but I had to deal with them when we worked on some projects.
